Description
I congratulate all Orthodox Christians on Lent. Post any believer is a time of penance, purification and renewal of the soul. I wish all the faithful to move away from sinful acts, evil words, thoughts. And this dish, lean and modest, but pleasing to the eye and heart, I hope, will decorate your table. And may God accept your fasting, your prayers and all good deeds. Peace be with you, harmony and prosperity!!!

Cooking
This delicious dish I cooked a few times with different fillings. I tried mung beans, and really liked it. The beans are small and very well boiled.
Beans fill with water and leave for 2-3 hours.
Onions finely chop and fry
Of boiled vegetables, prepare the sauce. Adding seasonings. Paprika will give mashed potatoes a beautiful color. And the coriander and cumin flavor.
To 1/4 part of the potato, add carrot puree
Divide mashed potatoes into equal balls. I got 24 pieces
Already cooked beans, throw in a colander
Add salt, pepper, cumin, and sauteed onion, without oil. This will be our tasty toppings.
In our potato balls will make deepening and put the filling a little more than 1 teaspoon.
Now the most important and interesting point. Begin to sculpt our fruit. Of puree, which added the carrots, making the orange "Mandarin". From one part of the mash cooking "pears", another "apples"
Coat our fruit in semolina "Mistral"
Put on baking tray, the laid paper. Bake at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
While fruit bakes, prepare our leaves. I cut them out of lettuce.
While fruit is hot, pierce with a toothpick and decorate with a leaf.
Here are some great, tasty and flavored "fruit" turned out. They are not only very beautiful but also very satisfying.
I hope this dish will brighten up your Lenten table. Want to become kinder, more merciful and more honest. To do only good deeds, help the needy and to forgive offenders. Let your hearts only joy and happiness!!!
