Cooking
First you need to cook a stew of red onion. Two medium onions finely chop, lightly fried in vegetable oil, add a generous pinch of sugar and fry until Golden brown. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and simmer over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
Boil the rice "Japonica" by following the instructions on the package. Add slices of mozzarella, mix well, leave to cool. The more cheese, the more sticky it will be mass.
To form a round lepeshechki from rice paste, brush them with egg on both sides and roll in bran. Fry until Golden brown.
Of minced beef (without additives) to form a thin round patties. I'm doing this directly on the baking tray, using for cutting round the mold. Then put in oven preheated to 180C. You can certainly fry in a pan, but it's easier - they don't fall apart (as the mince without additives), retain their shape, and even flip is not necessary. To give the cakes to brown, remove from pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides and remove to rest under the lid. Cakes impregnated with spices and will become even juicier.
The bun for the hamburger cut in half. We need only the top part - fry it for 1 minute in the same pan where you prepared the cakes.
You can now begin to assemble: on a plate spread the rice cake, then a spoonful of sour cream, stewed red onion, chicken, greens, tomatoes, again a little sour cream and cover with half of the bread.
Serve with a simple vegetable salad, French fries and hot kiss.
