Cooking
Meats to put on separate pieces of cling film. Sbryznut soy sauce, spread evenly over fillets.
Make filling. The curd is drained, add spices + chopped dill. Grind well in a blender.
Evenly spread all toppings on meats and turn rolls. Help film. Can be done in the evening, then refrigerate. If you have guests coming, you can hold in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then cut.
Take bread, cut out the shape as you like (I have circles).
Put a small leaf salad (today I went to 4 stores, none found), and on top of chilled rolls (cut with a sharp knife). Decorate with dill.
