Eggplant is not very respected in our family. But this dish ate it all! This fragrance was standing while I was cooking that couldn't wait!.. The recipe is again from my mom. I love - quick, easy, beautiful and delicious both hot or cold!

Cooking
Cut onions, potatoes, tomatoes and pepper rings. Eggplants in half lengthwise (but not completely) to get as a fan.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Garlic press out through the press (you can finely chop), three cheese on a grater. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and grated cheese. Salt well. Mix everything. The sauce should be slightly salty.
Spread the vegetables in the dish. Vegetables I don't add salt.
Cover with the sauce and put in oven for 40-60 minutes. I cooked 40 minutes at 180*C. But look at the oven! At first I slightly "browned" crust, then covered with foil. The finished dish is sprinkled with herbs. Very tasty and very fragrant! Cold, I like!
