Description
Fragrant, tasty mackerel by an unusual marinade-filling. Not going to put the recipe too simple, but I liked the filling quite beats the taste of mackerel. Try it!

Cooking
The fish to defrost, clean, rinse, dry.
For the filling, it is also the marinade, mix all the other ingredients - finely chopped celery and dill, capers with liquid, grated lemon zest, pepper, sweet paprika, 3 tbsp olive oil. Taste for salt, if necessary, are added, but do not forget that the capers are salty. Instead of capers, you can add finely chopped pickled cucumber, but the taste will be different. I have celery and dill are frozen.
The oven to include at 200*C. Food foil lubricated with oil in the fish lay the stuffing, pour the resulting marinade, foil wrap envelope.
Prepared envelopes to be sent into a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
Fragrant fish ready! served in foil, pour the lemon juice. Delicious! If instead of foil use parchment, the fish can be cooked in the microwave - about 8-10 minutes at full power. Parchment envelopes need to chop the top a few times.
