A festive salad for the lovers of shrimp and avocado. The salad is very delicate and light. This spicy dish will be enjoyed by many! For the contest "Scarlett March 8"

Ingredients

  • Avocado

  • Mayonnaise

Halve the avocados and spoon out the pulp (slice and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, a little salt, we'll need somewhere half). The avocado halves sprinkle with lemon juice. Be prepared to put in the oven duck fillet (which I marinated in spices and wine for about an hour) at 180*C for 40 minutes. You can substitute baked fish (marinate in soy sauce and mayonnaise for 30 mins and bake at 180*C for about 20 to 30 minutes) Fill half the next, each layer of mayonnaise: 1 tbsp - grated protein (2 eggs)
