Fried shrimps in white and red sauce
A great snack to beer. Without beer! Once we with the husband were visiting, so we tried these shrimp. I was pregnant, I had terrible morning sickness... and could not eat Anything! But the shrimp ate a huge amount... the hostess only had time to run to the kitchen for seconds! Since this is my weakness, now I eat shrimp just like this!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ketchup

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Wash shrimp, better hot water (if frozen).

Then put the pan with shrimp on high heat. Cover with a lid, so they melted (I always make from frozen, as time defrost never!). When it melts, drain from the pan the water, add the vegetable oil. Reduce the heat. Fry until Golden color (5-10 min).

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic. Squeeze the garlic press.

Now add the shrimp our sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup) and garlic. Simmer 5 min.

Our shrimp is ready! Can be served! It turns out very tasty. And very satisfying... With beer a lot not to eat))) Bon appetite...
