Salad
The taste of vegetables with soy sauce and seasonings... we Have a Chinese restaurant doing something like that, there's still mushrooms there. I decided to try and here's what happened...

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    2 pack

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Here such I had noodles and seasoning.

The noodles cook as directed on package. I soaked in cold water for 15 minutes and then heated on the fire, but not boiled. There are noodles that you boil 3 minutes, drain off liquid.

Put on plate and pour 1 tablespoon of Korean condiments (if not, then half a teaspoon of vinegar diluted in 3 tbsp. spoons of water + pepper + mustard half tsp). Then pour the soy sauce that the noodles were a little broth and add finely chopped garlic (via chesnokodavilku it's not the same), and mix well with two forks.

Vegetables that I used. Our family is very fond of noodles, so my salad of vegetables not a lot. You can put in 2 times more.

Chop the vegetables and add to the noodles. Stir the salad and taste. If not enough of salt, a little salt. Bon appetit!
