Risotto with dandelion and green peas
Still, of course, too early to put up this recipe... Young dandelion soon to be yours. Diet vegetable risotto for those who are watching a figure and for a healthy diet. Dishes from dandelion is very popular in the Northern part of Italy.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.333 cup

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Salt

Our products are: rice dlinnenkie for risotto; dandelion young; young green onion with feathers. Dandelion leaves are put in cold water for 20-30 minutes. If the dandelion is young (and here he needs the young), he is not bitter!

In saucepan in hot oil saute green onion and a clove of garlic. Add chopped dandelion.

Add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the rice, fry it a little.

Then add the wine. When the wine is evaporated, add a little water, cover and leave cooked rice on a slow fire, gradually adding the water.

When the rice is still "al dente", add the green peas and leave to cook for approximately 3-4 minutes (the peas and rice should not be boiled).
