Cooking
Marinade: mix all the ingredients - olive oil, Narsharab sauce, tomato Sauce, Vinegar, grape or Apple juice, soy Sauce. Marinate the meat in the marinade, preferably leave in the fridge for the night... I decided to cook everything spontaneously, so the meat was marinated about 30-40 minutes at room temperature.

Meat with potatoes ready. Spread the meat on a plate, around potatoes, pour sauce on top, which was formed when baking (it's delicious), sprinkle with herbs. I was served with two sauces: adjika and Narsharab. Still good fresh vegetables - tomato and cucumbers.
