Chop the fruits in small cubes (1.5x1.5 cm). Pineapple cut in half and each half with a knife to make an incision, ascertive into squares (1.5x1.5 cm). Try not to pierce. Remove the pieces, trim off the bottom with a knife. Cut into cubes.

Mix the fruit in a separate bowl. If desired, add a little syrup, rum or liqueur.

Cut the cheese in cubes. To spread the cheese cube on a toothpick and stick in a piece of fruit.
