Layered eggplant
Just been thinking about how to make aubergine long mozolevski my eyes. What happened - judge for yourself. All have tried much)

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Eggplant cut into slices (not very thick not very thin) and fry. If eggplant tastes bitter - pre-pour salt on it, leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with water.
