Cooking
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Milk to boil. Pour it over the semolina, cover and allow to steep for 15 - 20 minutes.
Prepare vanilla pudding (sold dry) according to the instructions on the package. To take a leak 150 ml and beat with a mixer. (You can not pee, I have the package was designed for 500 ml of milk, I took 200 ml and 1 tablespoon of dry mix pudding and prepared according to instructions).
Gelatin administered in milk with semolina. Add lemon zest, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and sugar. All to cool slightly. Beat with a mixer vanilla pudding and add to the milk mixture.
Rinse molds with cold water (I had silicone molds, so did nothing). Down to put the cherries, pour on top of pudding and place in refrigerator.
