French terrine dish prepared from meat, fish or vegetables. To cook food, or ground into mince or cut into thin slices, or combine both, putting in the form. Recipe from "Cooking ideas". Very, very like us.

Cooking
Place in a container of prawns (leave a few pieces for garnish), dill, crushed with a blender. The amount of dill can be changed depending on taste (or deleted entirely)
In a bowl, mix the received forcemeat and cream cheese, soy sauce (many do not use, and it will be salty)
Fillet of salted salmon slice with a sharp knife into very thin plates (I have the tail part, as it turned out). Build the form bottom fish
Shrimp mousse spread on the center of the form and wrap slices of salmon. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before serving, turn over onto a different plate. Decorate with shrimp. Very, very tasty. Bon APPETIT!
