Description
Pakori are pieces of vegetables or paneer (fresh cheese type Adyghe) fried in batter. The dough is usually made from Besan flour from chickpeas (chhole, nohut). The most common pakori of paneer, potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, spinach leaves. This snack is served with a chutney (the recipe is printed earlier), or with ketchup. Eat certainly piping hot, crispy. I was preparing pakori of paneer, potatoes and eggplant.
