Very tasty, flavorful meat
Ingredients

Horseradish
4 tsp

Tomato
1 piece

Garlic
1 tooth

Seasoning
2.5 tsp

Greens

Black pepper

Vegetable oil
Cooking
A piece of pork chop "accordion" (pieces not dorezaya to the end), sprinkle with seasoning, pepper, sugar.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
In each cut put half a teaspoon of horseradish
onion, slice the tomatoes and garlic, a sprig of parsley.
Wrap in foil and bake in the oven. I baked it for just over an hour.
The meat is ready!
On the side it is advisable to make vegetable salad .
