Cooking
Cut the mushrooms slices.
Fry them in olive or sunflower oil with the addition of your favorite spices. I have Basil and hops-suneli. Add salt to taste.
Chicken breast cut side with a sharp knife (like making the pocket).
RUB with salt and seasoning for chicken.
Put the fried mushrooms into a slit-pocket of our bird.
Here are the stuffed Breasts we have.
Put our Breasts in a hot pan with oil. Fry until Golden brown. Reduce heat and cook Breasts until tender, which is determined by the puncture of a toothpick or fork - it should be free to enter into the pulp and the juice should be transparent.
