Cooking
Eggs boil, clean. Cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolk. The yolk mash.
Onion and cut the ham into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Wash the cilantro and chop smaller. Take our egg yolks and add to half of fried onions, ham, parsley and half the grated cheese.
Salt, pepper,mayonnaise (or sour cream) and mix well. The stuffing to put in half the eggs.
Stuffed eggs to put in refractory form, sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in oven or microwave to melt cheese. Ready eggs put on the dish, sprinkle the remaining onions and garnish with greens.
