Potato-yeast dough. This dough is not suitable in the heat, and in the fridge. I made him langosy. 1. Potatoes boiled and RUB on a coarse grater.
2. Dissolve yeast in water and add salt.
3. In yeast, diluted with water, gradually add flour.
5. Add grated potatoes, mix well.
6. Put the dough in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
7. Approaching divide the dough into equal parts.
