Vegetable buckwheat pancakes with orange marmalade
The Christmas post. Weekend want the family to something delicious. What could be better than pancakes with orange jam?! Special thanks to Larochka (Larik malasha) recipe for yeast pancakes that inspired me to create this recipe!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    290 g

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Buckwheat flour

    165 g

  • Flour

    165 g

  • Salt

    6 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Pre-cook orange jam. With oranges and lemon to remove the zest. Squeeze juice. Zest and a glass of water boil for 15 minutes. Cool slightly and grind immersion blender. Add juice of oranges and lemon, 250 gr sugar and cook for another 15 minutes.

The stores sold "Selfix" (natural gellant). Add to syrup and boil for 3 minutes.

Hot pour into jars, cool. Turned out fragrant orange-lemon jam.

Now pancakes. Sift buckwheat and wheat flour. Add dry yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Mix well. Gradually add 700 ml of water, mix well using blender or mixer.

That's how I got buckwheat flour in the store.

Leave the dough at least 3-4 hours. I kneaded the dough, put it in the fridge and in the morning bake the pancakes in a small pan. Pancakes capricious, they need to fry on medium heat, carefully turning with wide spatula.
