Cake with figs and Camembert
Absolutely stunning cake for fans of figs and Camembert. I gasp did not, and it is over. The recipe is from the magazine "School of Gastronome". Fresh figs we are wildly expensive, 450 rubles per kg, but I couldn't resist. As soon as I saw it on sale, immediately bought it and rushed home to the kitchen... and did not regret))) the Recipe is very simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Figs

    6 piece

  • Soft cheese

    2 pack

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

Wash the figs and cut into thin slices. Camembert, slice crosswise into thin slices. Thyme, rinse, dry, cut leaves. Roll the dough into 2 plates about the size of 25-30х35-40 cm
