Pumpkin rolls-dumplings with garlic
What could be better than a plate of hot, hearty, homemade soup? Right! Only a plate of soup with garlic! Offer to bake delicate, weightless buns-dumplings of pumpkin with aromatic dressing made of garlic and greens!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • The broth

    150 ml

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Chicken egg

Pumpkin cut into small pieces, add to the pot, cover with water and put to boil until soft pumpkin. Once pumpkin is soft, put it in a colander, allowing to drain excess fluid. Reserve 150 ml of pumpkin decoction, allow it to cool, on it we and make dough for bread!

Pumpkin puree them in a blender, puree.
