Beet salad with arugula
I bring to your attention a salad of roasted beets with cottage cheese and arugula.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    15 g

  • Arugula

    0.5 coup

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

In the photo the products that you need for the meal. Wash beets, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until cooked. Peel and cut into cubes.

In a bowl, mix and add olive oil.

On the bottom of the plate put the arugula, then the beets. With a teaspoon put the curd cheese and sprinkle with nuts.

On top add lettuce and pour the resulting dressing. Bon appetit!
