Prepare your ingredients
Beets and garlic RUB on a fine grater (if beets are juicy, then squeeze released the juice)
Nuts grind
Add to the beets and garlic
Chop the prunes
Dress with mayonnaise and mix
Put in a salad bowl, garnish with nuts and a sprig of parsley
Serve on a festive table
