Shortbread cookies
A very simple recipe. Help out when you want something sweet for tea, but no time or inclination to cook a complex cake or pie.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt the butter, give it a slightly darker, cool.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add melted butter, mix well.

Dazzle of dough balls the size of a walnut. Put the balls on the lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven 12 minutes. (Don't overdo!) Let cool slightly (from hot paper to remove!).

Still warm roll in powdered sugar or very fine sugar sand. Of this amount, the test came out 32 balls.
