Cooking
Prepare the filling. The amount depends on how much You put Nachiki. I left about 700-800 grams - I put a loooot). Cut small cubes of meat. In this case I took only the beef, but I recommend the part to replace the chicken (or) pork!
Chop the onion finely - I used 4 medium onions.
Add the onions to the chopped meat.
Cut into small cubes of raw peeled potatoes. The number of potatoes is approximately equal to the amount of meat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix and put in refrigerator.
Knead the dough. In a convenient bowl pour the flour and add the yeast.
Margarine, cut into pieces and grind the flour mixture into crumbs with your hands.
Pour in a glass of sugar and salt.
Whisk. Up to the top pour in a glass of water. Stir and pour the pieces into the flour mixture.
Knead the dough. It will be elastic and will not stick to hands. Wrap it in cling film and put in the freezer for half an hour.
Cut the dough into 30 to 36 equal parts (can be more if You want to make echpochmak small in size).
Roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
Spread the filling - I put more.
Zasiyaet edge, forming a triangle shape.
Then zasiyaet "rope". With the dough very easy to work with! Spread on a baking sheet and leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes. For 5-10 minutes until cooked grease echpochmak beaten egg. When nicely browned, take out from the oven. Spread and cover with a cloth for 15 minutes. I made this beauty and vkusnoty!
