Dukatova buns
When you don't know what to cook to make it "cheap and cheerful", turn to the classics! This simple truth is in my case always justified on all hundred. So today I decided to bet on the most that neither is a classic recipe Czech cuisine - "dukatova of buchticky", as they are called in Czech. These little pastries, filled with sweet cream, loved by adults and children. Today I'll cook according to the recipe of the chef of one of Prague's restaurants Jiri Kratena. The restaurant is not going to do that, but there is a high probability that guests of Prague have a chance to visit it, as it is very popular among tourists. Come to enjoy the incredible yummy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Rum

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

Cooking

Mix the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar, a spoon of flour and three tablespoons of warm milk. Put in a warm place for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, salt, eggs, remaining milk, coming up the yeast. Stir, add oil, leaving about one teaspoon for greasing.

Work surface sprinkled with flour, knead the dough, it will be soft and slightly feels sticky. When kneading, try not to add flour, or at least lubricate your hands with sunflower oil. Close the dough with a towel and leave for 20 minutes to approach.

After 20 minutes the dough is divided into several parts, each part to roll a roller with a diameter of 1.5 - 2 cm and a length equal to the width of the pan. Baking tray lay a baking paper, paper lightly grease with oil.

Spread dough rollers at a distance of 1 cm from each other. With a knife or other device to cut these rollers across the top down through the entire baking sheet into pieces of approximately 1.5 cm.

Meanwhile, cook cream. 500 ml of milk and cream to boil. In the rest of the milk add sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding add rum, stir. As soon as the milk boils, pour a thin stream of the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for two minutes.

In a separate bowl, melt 40 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, add 2 tablespoons of rum.
