Cooking
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Cut the potatoes into strips.
Fry potatoes with onions until soft.
Washed rice to pour on top.
Pour water as and when cooking pilaf. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly, bring to boil and reduce heat.
Cook on slow fire until the water evaporate and the rice is cooked (30 minutes). When filing a little stir.
