Fish pot
Tender juicy fish baked in a pot with potatoes and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Take the fish, I had a cod fillet.

Mix balsamic vinegar, liquid smoke, grainy mustard, honey, cream, dried herbs and spices.
