Cooking
Take the fish, I had a cod fillet.
Potatoes cut into thin slices (slices).
Garlic puree them randomly as you like.
On the bottom of the pot, pour a little vegetable oil and spread the diced carrot and chopped garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Next spread a layer of thinly sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with ground black pepper, salt.
For potatoes put the fish.
Fish sprinkle with French herbs...
Take "liquid smoke". I specifically took a picture of the back, maybe someone would be interested in what it actually is.
And this is what it consists of, i.e. done.
Balsamic vinegar and grainy French mustard.
Mix balsamic vinegar, liquid smoke, grainy mustard, honey, cream, dried herbs and spices.
Fish lay out the remaining potatoes (if you have it of course remained), carrots, garlic, onion, sliced into thin half rings and sprinkle with spices. In a pot pour our vkusnyuschie the gas station... and send it in a slightly warm oven. Our pots bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 120-150 degrees. I decided to turn up the flame, but in vain... my sauce I decided to run away. Namely, temperature is better not to experiment:-)
After 20 min. sprinkle the pots of grated cheese and back in oven for 5 min.
The cheese is browned! Our pots are ready! The fish turned out juicy, tender, and madly flavorful! All a pleasant appetite!
