Rolls for dinner
This recipe has repeatedly made bread in HP, but sometimes I get tired of the bread in the shape of a brick and I will adapt the recipes for baking in the oven in the form of loaves or, like this time rolls. Buns and bread come out very fluffy and soft inside, with a flavorful crust and a pleasant taste of sesame.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

Of these ingredients knead the elastic dough, I'm a little sesame left for topping. Put in a bowl, cover with a towel or foil and leave to rise for 40 minutes. You can knead in the HP mode on "Yeast dough".

The first time the dough did not rise very much. It need to press down and discourage. Flour no more to add. To send again under a towel for 1 hour.

Then you can go several ways: to form loaves; put the dough in a loaf pan or cake pan; form the buns. I made small buns, turned out 18 pieces, you can make 10 pieces, then get a sandwich option.

Rolls spread on a greased sheet, with a knife to make cuts snowflake (as in the rolls, "Kaiser"), to grease with a yolk scrambled with cream and sprinkle with the leftover sesame seeds. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 5 minutes, then remove the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until done: approximately 15 minutes for small rolls, 20 minutes for large rolls and baguettes, 25 minutes for baking to form. Traditionally, the readiness check with a toothpick or a match.
