Cooking
For cooking I took the Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral" bags quickly and easily. The bag of rice put in boiling water without opening it. Simmer for 15 minutes.
While cooking the rice begin to prepare the squid and vegetables. I have two options, beautifully cut squid (both options are fast, simple and easy execution). Carcass squid, cut in half. Place half of the squid on the Board so that the side where once was the skin, was at the bottom. All figures apply only on the inner side of the carcass. Set the knife at an angle of 45 degrees and make thin diagonal cuts the entire length of the piece. Turn the piece and set the knife exactly at an angle of 90 degrees and do the same diagonal cuts on the other side. Get a pattern resembling a grid. Cut the slice into triangles. Or another figure. (It is even simpler in execution from the previous one). Set the knife at an angle of 45 degrees and make two long horizontal cuts along the length of the piece with one hand and with the other. Now turn the piece and, by setting the knife at exactly 90 degrees, make vertical cuts across the piece.
Cut the slice into small rectangles.
Boil water and prepare two containers. One pour cold water in the other and boiling water. Parties throw the prepared squid pieces in hot water. The pieces will immediately curdle and you will see the resulting figure. Once the pieces are wrapped, place them in cold water. Let them cool for a few seconds and place on a plate.
Now let's start cooking our meals. Stir-fry cooks very quickly, so prepare in advance and slice the vegetables. Onion cut into feathers. Carrots grate on medium grater.
Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil. When the oil will begin to smoke, add the onion and saute for 1-2 minutes. (Over high heat cook veggies fast, delicious, will cook and retain their texture. If the fire is to reduce, they will stew in their own juice.)
Add to the onions grated carrot. And cook another 1-2 minutes.
When vegetables are almost ready add the chopped squid. Stir and fry 30 seconds. Then pour soy sauce and add to taste condiments. Stir-fry of squid with vegetables ready.
Merge with rice water and give it well-draining.
Serve with side dish of boiled Jasmine rice. Spread the rice on a plate around to put the stir fry with vegetables and top with the squid spread out, decorate with greens, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then serve. Bon appetit!
