1. Prepare foods for cooking.

2. Mackerel defrosted, separate the meat from the bones skin and innards. 3. Peel the potatoes, cut into rings with a thickness of 1-1,5 cm to put on the foil.

4. Prepare the dressing for the potatoes: mix the mayonnaise and sour cream add spices for potatoes.

6.Mackerel slice and put a layer on top.Then cut the lemon and put it on a mackerel fish with salt and sprinkle with spices for fish.
