                        Classic Provencal cuisine. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect for hot milk tea and coffee! Aftertaste of lemon adds an additional taste.

                            Sift the flour into a bowl.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Add sugar and salt. Mix well.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Make a depression. Add the eggs and melted butter. Mix well.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Water mixed with 20 ml of lemon juice and pour gradually. Stir until smooth.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Table sprinkle with 2 tbsp flour, put the dough and knead until smooth. If necessary add 1 tbsp flour. The batter should be smooth and not stick to hands.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover and let stand for 1 hour in a cool place.                        
                     
                                    
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Every part of velvety in the oval cake and to give form to the boat, wrapping the inside of the longitudinal edges of the tortillas.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Spread on a greased baking sheet. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix egg yolk, 1 tsp lemon juice and sugar (I added brown). Smear this mixture of our boats.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 min.
