A simple cake with condensed milk
The recipe is from the magazine "the Deli." "If you meet a man who says he does not like condensed milk, do not believe him. Condensed milk love all - just some time to eat it in childhood. But as the "energy" of the dessert, it is unlikely that anyone will refuse to try..."

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Fruit

Cookies put in a plastic bag, tie it. To laminate the bag with a rolling pin to the cookie crumbled (but not into fine crumbs!).

In a bowl finely chop the chilled butter.

Mix until a homogeneous mass.

To put it in a round shape and stretch the dough to make the pie shell. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 7-9 minutes.

While baked basis, prepare the filling. In a large bowl, grind whisk the egg yolks (or eggs). Then gradually, continuing to mix, add the condensed milk.

In the end add lemon juice and stir.

Remove from the oven form with the base, put on her stuffing and put back in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven, cool. To remove the cake from the mold and place in refrigerator not less than 3 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving garnish with berries or fruit, fresh or canned and/or whipped cream. The cake is ready. Bon appetit!
