Was I somehow the recipe of the cake "Balbiny" with white wine. And now cupcakes red wine! I think this recipe can be a great way of recycling left after all the holiday red wine! Treat you!
Ingredients

Sugar

Vanilla sugar
0.5 pack

Vegetable oil
100 ml

Cinnamon
0.5 tsp

Leavening agent
0.5 pack

Dry red wine
100 ml

Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix well and add the vegetable oil with cinnamon. Stir again.
Now add the flour and baking powder.
Pour in the red wine.
It turns out that's such a beautiful dough.
I have used these paper molds for cupcakes. I filled the molds 2/3 of the batter and put them on a baking sheet. Top stuck frozen berries (my BlackBerry), I used them without unfreezing.
Bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown and smelling delicious. :-D
