The original snack of fresh vegetables, will amaze your friends. and probably will take place in the center of the table. A great alternative to vegetable salad.

Cooking
Tomatoes we shall cut half-rings, pepper strips. Greens and garlic are cut, add some salt, 2 tbsp oil, and chop in a blender.
Take a small bowl (like pilooski) – I have it on the left in the photo – lubricated it with vegetable oil, and begin to assemble a snack. Stacked layers: tomato – greens with garlic –pepper – parsley. And so to the top of the bowls. The last layer is the tomatoes. Layers of peppers and tomatoes lightly add salt.
Close the top with cling film and put a small press on the size of the bowl.
Put into the fridge for 8-10hours. Take out, remove the load, remove the foil. Cover the bowl with a plate, flip.
