Salad
Very easy to prepare salad. Juicy, fresh, tasty, vitamin and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Daikon

    100 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrot, Apple, daikon wash, peel and grate into thin strips.

For the sauce mix the sour cream, sweet Bavarian mustard and soy sauce "Kikkoman". For more dimiceli can replace the sour cream for plain yogurt.

Dressed with salad dressing.

Sprinkle with pine nuts. The salad is served immediately. Bon appetit!
