Cooking
Wash salad and put in refrigerator. Fillet cut lengthwise, pepper, salt and leave to marinate under cling film for 30 minutes.
To turn on the oven and preheat to 200 degrees. Meanwhile cook the egg. Slices of bread, trim of crusts and cut into cubes.
Pour into pan (do not grease) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In the yogurt add the mustard, garlic and lemon juice. Mix well.
Fillet put on a lattice, grease a bit of butter, and at the bottom of the lattice a baking tray lined with foil (so there is dripping the juice). Bake 20 minutes at t 200 degrees.
