Tender buns with coconut filling.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Coconut shavings

    150 g

Flour, milk, sugar, warm butter,a little salt, yeast(diluted, pre -, milk), 2 eggs zamesit soft dough, to not stuck to the hands, and put on the "rise" until doubled. From the coming up of the dough to form 8-10 rolls and leave again to rise(about 20 min), make small indentations for the filling.

Prepare the filling. Coconut mix with one egg, 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp milk, all stir well. Prepared stuffing spread on buns.

To grease with a yolk and place in a preheated 190 degree oven, bake about 30 minutes until cooked, cooled buns can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. ALL ENJOY YOUR TEA!!!
