I had to quickly feed the family from almost nothing on the shelf unsold canned fish in the fridge the leftovers from the side dish (rice), and in store run later...

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Cooking

Canned mash well with a fork until smooth.

Add boiled rice and chopped onion.

Add the spices and egg, mix until smooth.

In a pan heat the oil, form patties, coat them in flour and fry on both sides.
