Wafer corn
These waffles no protein gluten, as in wheat, rye, oat and barley flour. For this reason, they are useful for people suffering from gastric diseases. Healthy people can prepare waffles for this recipe and regular flour, and from flour. Going to be delicious!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Almonds

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Rum

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cornmeal, eggs, butter (to melt), milk, baking powder, honey and rum (if adding) knead the dough and allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes. Add the almonds and stir.

Preheat a waffle iron (if necessary lubricating oil) and pour the dough. Bake until Golden yellow.
