Mango cake
Very tasty, tender and flavorful cake "Napoleon". It is unusual in that the cream is added to fruit, in this case mango, which gives the characteristic sour taste and aroma of the cake. Baked on the anniversary of her son, recipe taken from "Eat at home" with my little changes. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

For this I made a glaze of white chocolate ( sugar water stir and put on fire to dissolve the sugar, added the chocolate, stirred in the end I put butter) and evenly poured over the surface of the cake. On top of the frosting caused the melted yellow chocolate stripes.
