Cake
I decided to experiment with the dough for a regular pie with jam. It was very tasty, hearty and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Jam

    200 g

From egg yolks (the whites until put into the refrigerator), margarine, 50 gr. sugar, baking powder and flour knead the dough. Divide it into three parts, one to add 2 tbsp cocoa. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the cold for half an hour.

Beat the whites with 50 gr. sugar and whisking add the dry pudding (either from the pack or from the cake), the mass and whisk.

Another filling for the pie is the jam or preserves. I have homemade strawberry jam, which I cooked last year.

Now take the form, grease it with butter. 1st layer: Take one piece of chilled dough (white), RUB on a grater and evenly distributed on the bottom of the form. 2nd layer: Spread the jam (the jam). 3rd layer: Dark dough, grated on a grater. 4th layer: Whites whipped with jelly. 5th layer: White cake, grated on a grater. Put in preheated oven. At a temperature of 200C cake I baked for 40 minutes.
