Cooking
Prepare the products.
Washed meat fill with cold water. Cook until cooked. 15 minutes before end of cooking salt.
In a Cup put the chopped garlic. Add the ketchup, pomegranate juice, Tabasco, soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Mix well.
Cooked meat cool. Cut into slices across the grain.
Sliced meat spread on a plate. Pour the prepared sauce. Cover the bowl with cling film and put into the fridge for 2-4 hours.
After some time take out the meat from the fridge, decorate with greens and olives. Serve.
