Salad with chicken liver and egg
A quick and hearty salad with a dressing of soy sauce, sour cream and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

Boiled and cooled chicken liver cut into medium-sized pieces.

Cut into not very large pieces of boiled eggs. Add to the liver.

Prepare the dressing. Mix yogurt, sour cream, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar.
