This recipe found in the booklet, which was attached to a silicon form. Was very tasty, but the recipe was given to form the "Loaf", as I did in his "Kugelkopf". The taste is not affected, but a little disappoint, though, so it seemed only me, because everyone who ate it on the view and did not pay attention. Cake - simply delicious, with a pronounced creamy flavor, with a pleasant acidity candied fruit. The structure of a bit-air, cream - tender.

Cooking
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Cream 150 ml (the rest in cream) mix with a whisk yolks and sugar.
Add baking powder and sifted flour.
And separately whipped in a solid foam proteins. Stir gently and slowly, the test structure due to the separately beaten egg whites will air, but if quickly mix everything, and even with a mixer it will disappear forever.
For the cream mix the remaining cream cheese (you can use any type of creamy "Ricotta", "Philadelphia". If this is no cheese, you can try with fat soft cheese, but it will be a cupcake with cheese. Alternatively, it is possible to do without cream, just with candied fruit - cake itself is very tasty).
I added the cream 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, although the recipe for this has not been said, but I do not regret it.
And add chopped candied fruits.
If they are small, cut is not necessary. I had this size.
Silicone form spray it with water (the usual liberally with butter and sprinkle with semolina. I'm normal not baked, I advise just in case). Fill the bottom dough (2-3 cm).
Next, a layer of cream. It is quite liquid, because, probably, the top I turned out a La "the Ruins". But in the finished product cream freezes, the only thing is that it is in this form that works. But still I write it, as did (in spite of "the ruins", will do again and again, and while in this form, as the silicone I have one just yet).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until fully cooked (ready to check with a stick). I have 40 minutes to make. Here's a cupcake appeared in my eyes when I removed it from the mold. Most interesting is that it is not scattered, removed from the mold easily, but the upper hand here such it turns out.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
