In the East are very fond of sweets. I suggest to you to try one of them. Very tasty, creamy treat - pistachio halva. Easy to prepare, consumed in a moment.

Cooking
Pistachios are clean, pour boiling water for 30 minutes.
Drain the water. Set aside a little nuts, and the rest put into a blender. Add milk and sugar and vanilla. All good to grind into a paste. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Put pasta and whole nuts, cook, stirring constantly, 12-15 minutes
The mixture should thicken. It will gather into a ball.
Next you need to take a flat shape, brush with remaining butter and spread evenly the pasta. Flatten and cool. The cured paste cut into small squares and serve. But I wanted to put in silicone molds.
After hardening, take out, decorate as desired and serve.
