Description
This light snack is convenient because the beets can be baked in foil in advance and on the day of submission need only half an hour to prepare and serve delicious, beautiful and healthy dish.

Cooking
Pre-bake the beets. Preheat the oven t 200-205 degrees. In two layers of foil wrap washed unpeeled beets. I beet added a few drops of balsamic vinegar, a little vegetable oil and a clove of garlic. Place beets in foil in a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for two hours or until tender beets. Let the beets cool completely, keep it in foil until the right moment. If you do not plan to make a snack for the next day, remove beets in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 3 days.
On the day of cooking meals make filling: mix butter, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, thyme, pepper and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Preheat the oven to t 220 degrees.
The beets clean and cut slices. Put in a bowl with the dressing and carefully mix that used beets from all sides was covered with a dressing. Leave for a few minutes to marinate.
Cheese we shall cut cubes or crumble into arbitrary pieces.
Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Put the beets, and top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven.
