Marinated cherry tomatoes
Marinated tomatoes – a classic of both everyday and festive table. It's a delicious snack and a nice addition to all dishes. Different hostesses make their different, try my recipe. the beauty of it is that tomatoes ready in half an hour.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garam masala

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

We prepare our ingredients: tomatoes, soy sauce, olive oil (I did with the grape seed oil too), seasoning garam masala. Oh, the onion green left.

Tomatoes, make on each shallow cross-shaped incision.

We need a pot boiling and a container of very cold water.

We lower our cherry tomatoes in boiling water for 10-15 seconds

Then, using a slotted spoon to the bowl in ice water to stop the cooking process inside the tomato.

Soak the tomatoes with a towel and remove them with sandpaper. It comes away very easily.

The components are mixed the sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, seasoning. Add the seasoning, garam masala (the amount depends on Your taste). You can add ground black pepper.

Put the peeled tomatoes to the sauce and gently stir.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Leave for at least 20 minutes, I usually do them in the morning and for dinner they have at the time.
