Layer cake
This layer cake my mom used to make back in the time when a ready-made puff pastry and we had no idea. Now it is a pity and it is not rational to spend the time to make puff pastry at home, if it can be bought in any supermarket. So do I, so often just buy ready-made dough for puff pastry. But the dough for this recipe can't compare with any ready! Sometimes you should still spend a few hours cooking, then enjoy tender, delicious, melt in your mouth pastries. Having tried to cook it once, you will understand me. And filling today on the season - just imagine the bouquet of aromas: slightly pritalennye with the addition of creamy butter apples, cinnamon and lemon. It is impossible to resist!
